Gold - Bulls
Ideal for experienced riders looking to hone specific technical aspects of riding and riding styles. Groups can determine their own course content for the day.
What you’ll get out of it
The flexibility of the Gold course means the outcomes will relate to your needs. Typical areas of focus include riding in groups, riding with a pillion, counter steering and advanced cornering.
On the day
The day begins with a briefing and safety check then moves onto a mix of urban and rural roads. Some roads will be more challenging with higher speed sections. Practicing skills may take place off-highway with several stops for assessment, including a lunch break.
Ensure you wear protective motorcycle clothing, top to toe, and money to buy lunch. Also make sure your machine is warranted, registered and roadworthy and arrive with a full tank of fuel.
Please remove any communication device on your helmet as one will be supplied. If you have a comfy pair of in-ear headphones with a standard 3.5mm jack (mobile phone size), then do bring them along.
Relevant Feedback
A very good day out. Thanks for the feedback and critique of my riding.
Practical and usable training, with plenty of riding to put into practice
Thanks for an enjoyable day. See you again in 2 years time :)
I wish to thank Phillip for his positive constructive pointers re tackling loose surfaces and moss by tightening ones knees against the tank and relaxing handle grip tension. It was simply amazing how the bike responded through the bends when relaxed. I’ve covered in excess of a million kilometer’s ridding and am still capable of learning something new. You can teach an old dog a new trick. :)
